What is your shipping process?

All orders are sent First Class through the United States Postal Service.  Order tracking and confirmation are available at an additional charge.

Replacement Warranty

NO REFUNDS. Company will replace any insoles found to be defective during normal use for a period of 24 to 36 months from the date of purchase. Original sales receipt is required for a replacement. Failure to wash insoles once weekly may void your warranty. 

Return clean, washed insoles along with a copy of your sales receipt.

For health reasons dirty insoles will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.
